NonProfit
Resources, Inc. (NPR) is an association management company, offering
nonprofit organizations with complete operational management and consulting
services. NPR has been in operation
since 1995, serving primarily trade and professional associations as well as
educational foundations that are national in scope.
We are an association resource
provider, providing organizations with the strategic tools and services needed
to succeed. Our full headquarters
management expertise extends to general management and membership services,
including membership recruitment and retention, chapter relations,
certification, communications, meetings and conventions, technology based
services, corporate sponsor development, and financial management.
NPR consulting services includes expertise in strategic planning, governance
structure, membership development, and conventions.
NonProfit
Resources views each organization and our relationship with them, be they
full management clients or clients to whom we consult, as unique entities with
unique issues. We approach the
relationship with an eye towards organizational uniqueness, and with an
understanding of our responsibility to provide services critical to your
organization’s success: open and
clear communications, appropriate assistance to the board and its committees,
strategic direction, sound fiscal management, and appropriate and accepted
management practices.
NPR is unique. We work under fixed fee
annual contracts, we accept no commissions or overrides, and we do not markup
billings for goods or services purchased for client organizations.
NPR staff members are members
of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and the Colorado
Society of Association Executives (CSAE). The
staff has gained further experiences through the management of captive staff
organizations in California, Colorado, and Oklahoma at the chapter, state,
national, and international levels. The
two principal partners of NPR have combined association experience of more than
36 years of experience, and both have earned the Certified Association
Executive, or CAE designation from ASAE. NPR’s
president is also a member of the prestigious Fellows of the American Society of
Association Executives. The Fellows
serve the global association community as a think tank for emerging trends in
the industry.
